Private Home Assessment
We document property details, access notes, preferred vendors, service priorities, recurring needs, and homeowner preferences. If a service is not listed, your PM can add it to the plan manually.
How It Works
SafePrima turns home care into a calm, discreet process: understand the property, build the rhythm, coordinate trusted people, verify completion, and keep the homeowner informed without placing the burden back on them.
The Operating Rhythm
Every residence begins with a clear profile, then becomes a living care plan your PM can manage with judgment, context, and consistency.
We document property details, access notes, preferred vendors, service priorities, recurring needs, and homeowner preferences. If a service is not listed, your PM can add it to the plan manually.
Your PM builds a recurring service calendar for included management items, seasonal reminders, home visits, and known priorities. Schedule changes can be one-time without disrupting the whole plan.
Requests are reviewed before dispatch. Contractors can accept or decline with a reason, and your PM keeps the homeowner updated when timing, cost, or access changes.
Important updates can be sent by SMS. Completed work can include proof photos, notes, and a service history record so the home becomes easier to care for over time.
SafePrima membership covers management, coordination, scheduling, communication, oversight, and reporting. Contractor labor, materials, repairs, vendor invoices, and large projects are homeowner-approved and billed separately.
Why It Feels Better
Your PM already knows the residence profile, preferred vendors, access instructions, plan level, service history, and open requests. That turns home management from reactive chasing into a guided private relationship.
