Terms and Conditions
The operating rules for SafePrima home management.
SafePrima is built on clear expectations: professional coordination, homeowner approval, separate vendor costs, and respectful handling of each residence.
Membership Scope
SafePrima provides home management, coordination, scheduling, communication, oversight, and reporting services based on the selected plan. SafePrima does not guarantee contractor availability, contractor pricing, or specific project outcomes.
Separate Vendor Costs
Contractor labor, materials, repairs, third-party vendor invoices, emergency vendor charges, shopping costs, event vendors, and major project costs are billed separately unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Homeowner Approval
Homeowners are responsible for approving paid work, vendor quotes, access arrangements, and project scope when required. SafePrima may coordinate communication and recommendations, but final approval remains with the homeowner unless otherwise authorized.
Contractors and Vendors
Contractors and vendors are independent third parties. SafePrima may help coordinate, schedule, follow up, and collect proof of completion, but contractor work remains the responsibility of the performing vendor.
Access and Safety
Homeowners must provide accurate access instructions and disclose conditions that may affect safety, scheduling, pets, alarms, gates, utilities, or contractor entry.
Emergency Requests
SafePrima may assist with emergency coordination when available. Emergency response time, contractor availability, and vendor cost are not guaranteed.
