Membership covers the professional management layer: planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, communication, oversight, reporting, and homeowner-ready follow-through. Contractor labor, materials, repairs, vendor invoices, and large projects are billed separately.
Pricing is shown as a starting monthly management retainer. Final scope is confirmed after the home assessment.
Best for homeowners who live in the home and want professional organization, reminders, and light vendor coordination.
Best for busy homeowners who want active management, seasonal planning, and regular PM oversight.
Best for luxury homes, second homes, large homes, and busy owners who want weekly attention.
Contractor labor, repairs, materials, emergency vendor costs, vendor invoices, shopping costs, event vendor costs, and large renovation or project management fees are not included in the monthly membership.
Add-On Coordination
Renovation quote coordination, walkthroughs, timeline awareness, and decision support can be scoped separately.
Extra PM time can be reserved when a request deserves in-person judgment, supervision, or homeowner representation.
After-hours home situations can be routed to trusted vendors while your PM protects communication and follow-through.
Guest arrival, event preparation, car care, seasonal decor, and special household requests can be coordinated with discretion.
